We are hiring! Novato Gymnastics is looking for positive, enthusiastic and caring people to join our team. Gymnastics coaching experienced preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right people. We offer competitive pay based on experience (starting at $17.73 per hour), flexible scheduling and a fun and friendly work environment.

Perry
Recreation Supervisor Overseeing Novato Gymnastics Center programming and the Girls Competitive Team program since 1998. Brings over 40 years of experience as a competitive-level gymnastics coach.
B.S. in Design. Former NCAA gymnast at UC Davis.
Prior experience includes UC Davis Women’s Gymnastics Head and Assistant Coach and City of Davis Recreation Coordinator. Currently serves as USA Gymnastics State Administrative Committee Chairman (Northern California), NorCal Women’s Gymnastics Association Chairman, and USA Gymnastics University Instructor.
Alexandra
Recreation Division Manager Oversees Gymnastics, Youth and Adult Athletics, and Youth Enrichment programs for the City of Novato Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department.
Began working for the City of Novato in 2014 and brings over 10 years of gymnastics coaching experience.
B.A. in Sociology and Master’s degree in Public Health. Former competitive-level gymnast.

Admin Technician Began working for the City of Novato in 2014 and oversees program registration and administrative functions for the Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department.

Senior Gymnastics Instructor Began working at Novato Gymnastics in 2006. Coaches the Girls Competitive Team and brings over 30 years of experience as a competitive-level gymnastics coach. Coordinates logistics to support the successful operation of the gymnastics program.
B.S. in Exercise Science. and M.S. in Physiology. Former NCAA gymnast at UC Davis.

Senior Gymnastics Instructor Began working at Novato Gymnastics in 2007 and brings over 15 years of coaching experience. Teaches preschool, recreational, and developmental classes and oversees program logistics for the gymnastics program.
B.A. in Speech Communication. Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Former competitive-level gymnast. Bilingual in Spanish.

Gymnastics Instructor Teaches preschool, recreational, and developmental classes, as well as the Girls Competitive Team. Began working at Novato Gymnastics in 2012 and has over 10 years of gymnastics coaching experience.
